QUICKFIT® & QUICKLOOP®
QUICKFIT® and QUICKLOOP® fasteners, originally designed for the automotive industry, are now also available for the furniture sector.
The QUICKFIT® fastening system consists of a hook designed to fit into a foam cavity, ensuring a secure and invisible connection. The QUICKLOOP® fastener is sewn into the seat cover seams and interlocks with the QUICKFIT® component during assembly, creating a stable connection.
Una caratteristica fondamentale di QUICKFIT® è il suo sistema di allineamento magnetico, che velocizza l’installazione e migliora la produttività. Per chi non produce la propria schiuma, QUICKFIT® può essere fissato a una base di legno con graffette o colla, mentre con QUICKLOOP® si crea una canalina per la copertura tessile.
QUICKFIT® è sottile, il che lo rende adatto a cuscini meno spessi e inoltre si adatta facilmente
a curve, forme 3D e linee rette.
