This waterproof pressure-closure system has been specifically designed for use on waterproof clothing and equipment, offering maximum protection even in extreme conditions.
Thanks to the integration of FlexFix™ technology, the system guarantees consistent and reliable opening forces even after thousands of opening and closing cycles, ensuring long-lasting performance (tested according to YKK’s rigorous internal standards for extreme conditions).
FlexFix™ WetStop® maintains watertightness under hydrostatic pressure of up to 3 meters. The sealing elements of the metal-cap version (highlighted by the orange areas on the cap and pin) are designed to prevent capillary water rise, further enhancing its waterproofing properties.
