VISLON® AquaGuard®
VISLON® AquaGuard® is the water-resistant zipper with a tape coated entirely with polyurethane.
Three types of coating are available: glossy (with transparent glossy film), leather effect (with coloured film) and matt (with transparent matt film).

- Do not use in curved applications since the slider may cut the tape.
- Avoid applications where PU zippers come into contact with vinyl, such as PVC or PU.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to heat and humidity and keep the zipper away from direct sunlight. UV may cause yellowing of the PU film.
- Minimal degradation may occur, but this will not affect the performance of the film. Repeated bending of the zipper may cause the film to cloud.
- Tumble dry: Normal, low-heat.
- Petroleum-based solvent is recommended. Do not use chlorine-based solvent.
- Avoid ironing. It may flatten the film and cause the film to melt.
